s National Datacenter, the US’ only nuclear treaty monitoring group (AFTAC), Coca-Cola’s Global Business Intelligence group, Deloitte, Ingram Entertainment, and HCA.  I have served as board co-chair of the US National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST) Big Data Working Group’s subgroup on Big Data Reference Architecture.  I’ve have led Architecture as a business development strategy for several large Defense integrators and in partnership with EMC and Microsoft.

From a skills perspective, I am capable in natural language processing, machine learning, data warehousing, OLAP, Big Data architecture, and elastic service architectures.  I code in Java, C#, C++, and Assembler (when necessary).  I have programmed in all mainstream programming languages in the last 17 years, adapting to the technical needs of my customers.  This site ( contains architecture, leadership, strategy, and technical examples of my work.

I received a BS, Geology from Middle Tennessee State University in 1997 and an MBA from Northcentral University with specialization in Management of Engineering in 2005.  I have a Project Management Professional certification (#318862, granted Feb 2006), TOGAF and ITIL certifications, and several vendor-specific certifications.
